Small Black Bunny Rabbit & all care taking items available to a loving home. Hutch (in picture), water bottle, food bowls, bag of wood shaving & hay bedding, Healthy grain rabbit food purchased from Pet Store and the sweetest little black bunny all included. Recently I discovered this little bunny rabbit in the median of a busy Charlotte road munching on some grass with bush busy oncoming traffic. I pulled over in an attempt to get the bunny out of harms way… and when I approached, the bunny came right up to me sniffed and let me pick it up. Obviously- it is a domestic pet and certainly not a wild cottontail. I put it safely in the car and knocked on doors for the next 2 hours. I have since put up flyers and handed out my phone number to neighbors in the area where I found it. NO ONE HAS CLAIMED! In the meantime to take proper care of the little creature, I have purchased a rabbit hutch from Tractor Supply, and all the care items listed above to ensure a healthy little bunny. Much to my surprise when finding it in the middle of the road-it is healthy and unharmed. It has been eating romaine lettuce, lots of fresh veggies, fruits, nuts and grain rabbit food that I purchased at pet store. I CAN NOT KEEP - as I have dogs that won’t be so friendly. WISH TO FIND A GOOD LOVING HOME. Great for a child fist pet. Super curious, very sweet. Lets me pet it, rub on head, hand feed and sniffs my hand every time I get close to hutch. SUPER CUTE!!! Seems to be young, so probably can train and teach a routine of feeding, etc. The hutch was purchased from Tractor Supply and although it is marketed as ‘Weatherproof” with an asphalt covered top— I would not recommend that it is placed out in the elements. The real wood will not last long with being rained on without rotting. I would strongly recommend it be placed underneath a covered structure like a porch or carport. This set up is NOT for indoors. Rabbits tend to be messy and they kick stuff around in the hutch. I am a HUGE animal lover, and want this little guy to go to a good home! All pets are a commitment.
