The Arts Apartments at West Napoleon in Metairie, LA is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician!!! Responsibilities: -Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. -Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs. -Monitor physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues. -Other duties as assigned by management.
