Join us for our annual Port of Tacoma Boat Tours 2021. Join us for our Port of Tacoma Boat Tours on Saturday August 28, 2021. Bring your entire family to our most popular event of the year and discover fun facts about one of the busiest ports in North America. Our boat tours are part of a bigger event on the waterfront called the Seaport Maritime weekend. For more information click here: https://fosswaterwayseaport.org/internalevents/maritime-fest/ The free one-hour boat tours will be offered at 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The tour departs from the Foss Waterway Seaport Museum dock at 705 Dock St., Tacoma, WA 98402. Free tickets are available by reservation only. Registration is required for everyone in your party (including infants) to attend. Wheelchairs, strollers and service animals are welcome. All attendees will be required to use a gangway to access the boat. The 9:00 a.m. tour time is recommended for those with mobility challenges. At that time, the tide will be high to accommodate a more level gangway. ***Masks will be required for all attendees in line and on the boat.*** Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. Give yourself plenty of time to find free street parking. There is also a parking lot nearby for a small fee. FAQs Do I need to wear a mask? Yes. Masks are required both in line and on the boat for the entire tour. How much does it cost to attend? This is a free event. How many people can I register? You can register up to 10 people per email address. Do babies need a ticket to attend? Yes, every adult, child and infant in your party needs a ticket to board the boat. Are wheel chairs and strollers allowed? Yes. The 9:00 a.m. tour is recommended for those with wheel chairs and strollers, or those with mobility challenges. Are animals allowed? Only service animals are allowed. Where do I park? There is a parking lot near the dock for a small fee and free parking along the street. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. Each person in your group needs their own ticket with them to board the boat. You can also show your ticket on your smartphone. Can I show my ticket on my smartphone? Yes. You need either a printed ticket, or a smartphone with access to the electronic version of your ticket(s). Can I update my registration information? Contact the registration coordinator at [email protected] with updates or changes. Is my ticket transferrable? Yes. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes.
