The dinner will consist of three small entrees highlighting the unique flavor of Oyster mushrooms, Chanterelle's and Matsutake. Each paired with an appropriate botanically or mushroom infused mead or non-alcoholic switchel. Our chef Trap Landry from South End Kitchen has a passion for food with over 30 years of dedicated experience, and loves cooking with wild mushrooms. It should be a very flavorful evening! 😃
There will also be educational packets and laminated cards so you can learn about mead, switchel's and wild mushrooms! Mush Love everybody. Hope to see you there!
