Young's Art Center & Carmita Smiles bring you Yoga At The YAC Donation based yoga at Young's Art Center. Grab your mat and join us at Young's Art Center for a gentle vinyasa flow. This is a 16+ ages and above yoga class that is a nice way to calm and relax after a long day. We'll flow through some traditional poses - cat/cow, warriors, and more. Adaptions available. All are welcome.
