Employee-Production/Retail (Redmond/Powell Butte Area) Open Range Western and Lodge Home Décor is hiring a part-time entry-level position as a Production Employee with the ability to occasionally assist in our Retail location in Sisters when needed. Room for advancement may become available. We are a locally owned home décor and metal art manufacture. Qualifications: ◦ Production/Welding/Retail experience is a plus but not required. Will train ◦ Must be flexible with total weekly hours with a minimum of 25 hours with occasional weekends ◦ Standing/ Walking for long periods of time ◦ Ability to lift 50+ pounds ◦ Team player ◦ Hard working with attention to detail ◦ Keep a clean work space Responsibilities: ◦ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory ◦ Operate machinery or equipment as trained and instructed following safety guidelines ◦ Work closely w/supervisor and become knowledgeable of the mechanics and operation of equipment ◦ Operate a variety of hand tools and machinery i.e. plasma table, welder, grinder, compressor....& more ◦ Other duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed ◦ Assist with product assembly, material handling, deliveries/parts pick up ◦ Follow oral and written specifications ◦ Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work space and warehouse Some requirements needed: Must be able to pass a background check.
