I need help with some carpentry for one day, on Sunday July 26. Assume there will be about 8 hours work, starting at 9AM negotiable. I will pay $150 for the day. Work will involve assembling some plywood storage cabinets/racks that will be used to store portfolios and paintings in an artist’s studio. This is a two-person job, as the cabinets are large. All the plywood is precut but there is still al lot of work with a router to cut groves in the panels for dividers. After that the cabinets have to assembled and set in place. Finally we will need to move some old storage racks and materials to different locations in the studio. I am an architect and former carpenter (many years ago). I have all the required tools, except you will need to provide your own safety glasses and dust mask, and ear protection if desired (the router is quite loud). I need someone with basic carpentry skills to assist me. Experience using powered hand tools is a requirement.
