We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to fill our Shipping & Receiving / Delivery Driver position. We are a small business with a small staff of hard working and friendly people with positive attitudes. Job Description: * Receive daily shipments from UPS/FedEx/Etc - average of 5-10 cartons. * Verify counts and product is correct - complete verification paperwork (attention to detail and accuracy important) * Create labels, packing slips/delivery receipts and apply to boxes (attention to detail and accuracy important) * Ship (via UPS, FedEx, etc) or deliver (in small company van) finished products * Create barcode labels for some orders * Pick, pack (from shelves) and ship orders & * Make Deliveries in company's small van * Schedule routine maintenance checks on company vehicle (with local mechanic or dealership). * Keep vehicle and offices clean Additional Details: * Paid Training * No CDL or Class C License required Must: * Have a Positive attitude * Valid Driver’s License * Clean driving record (will check MVR) * No points on driving record within last 2 years * DOT medical card OR be eligible to get one * Consent to Drug Screen * Be at least 21 to apply * Be able to lift packages up to 50lbs with no assistance * Use company vehicle to make deliveries to customers in a safe and courteous manner * Consistently maintain accuracy on all paperwork, orders and schedules of deliveries * Comply with all company policies and safety rules * Follow business and safety protocol while driving and delivering packages * Have basic working knowledge of computers/tablets, email, etc * Have excellent attitude with our customers! * Follow DOT and safety rules, ELD, etc * Be cooperative and work well with a team Location: Villa Park, Illinois Full-time 35 to 45 hours per week Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
