HVAC tech wanted for service calls 40%+ commission

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will work as a 1099 self-employed sub-contractor at 40%+ commission. You will be required to commute to residential and commercial jobs in and around the Houston area. Sub-contractors are provided leads and bids for residential and commercial jobs and are expected to have the knowledge to complete these jobs. You will perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities and perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment. 40%+ commission on all profits made. As an independent contractor, you will be paid out weekly on Fridays for jobs closed the week prior. Sent jobs/leads regularly to equal 40+ hours per week. Job Requirements: EPA Certified. Experience in boilers/installs/service work and possible air duct work. Have and maintain a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation as well as tools/equipment necessary to fulfill job requirements. Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial service call. Job Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
