ATM Field Technician

Our company is currently seeking Field Technicians in and around Houston Texas. Candidates are responsible for the on-site installation, deinstallation and upgrade of ATM equipment and software, as well as hardware diagnostics. This position requires moving machinery and physical requirements such as standing upright on feet for sustained periods, etc. Duties include, but are not limited to, the below. A more detailed job description will be provided during the interview. • Responsible for all on-site communication with branch customer (check in, departure) during service process. • Responsible for physical inventory, removal and rigging of new ATM. • Perform construction related functions associated with site scope of work including but not limited to concrete work, core drilling bollards, etc. • Complete ATM bring live, low voltage wiring and security tech work as necessary. • Ensures all necessary hardware, tools and signage are on hand to complete job. • Responsible for the transportation of equipment to site. • Ensures trucks are properly and safely loaded. • Responsible for real time data reporting on company website for client view. Qualifications & Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Direct ATM and/or commercial construction industry experience preferred. • Must be able to pass a drug test. • Position requires a valid CDL and ability to drive a fleet vehicle. • Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Office. • Must have a smart phone. • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, demonstrate support for one another to accomplish a common goal. • Ability to anticipate work needs, work alone or with minimal supervision. • Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy, good organization and time management skills.
