About: This company specializes in online firearm sales in Rosenberg, Texas. We are a small online firearms company that started in late 2014 in a bedroom and has grown into a small warehouse. Job Description: The shipping clerk will pack and ship firearms, ammo, parts, and accessories. The shipping clerk is the last quality control checkpoint before the order leaves the building. Each serialized firearm shipped must be documented in an electronic outbound ATF bound book. Prepares items accurately for shipment according to customer orders/instructions by packaging, weighing, and documenting correct shipment details etc. The typical learning curve of our shipping process is around 2-3 hours. The shipping clerk will need to be familiar with state laws and prohibit certain firearms and gun parts. Experience and Skills: Team-oriented Committed to quality work and communication High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in similar job is a bonus Oral & written communication skills Ability to use a computer and Ship Station Ability to stand, walk, and bend Capable of lifting 10-30 lbs on regular basis Can work in a fast paced environment Job Location: Freeway 59 & Hwy 36 South (Rosenberg, TX) Pay Rate: $13.00+ an hour depending on experience Full-Time Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Shift: Mon – Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. No weekends. Requirements: Must communicate with shift supervisor Must have reliable transportation Able to work 8 – 10 hour shifts Able to stand for long periods of time Must have valid documents to work Must pass drug screen Must pass a background check No felonies or misdemeanors
