A five course meal perfectly paired with five unique craft beers! We are extremely excited to be partnering with the stellar team from Kitchen Tales to bring you this one-of-a-kind beer dinner here at B52 Brewing. Kitchen Tales and ourselves here at B52 take great pride in using the freshest ingredients to create delicious plates and beers. We are working together to create unique dishes to pair perfectly with B52 Beer options. We'll be serving up a perfectly paired meal along with an educational beer experience. Our very own Cellarman and Level 2 - Cicerone, Steven Trelevean, will guide you through our beers and give you a much better understanding of how the beer and the dish will complement each other. All beers served during the dinner will be 8oz pours. How it will work: 6:00pm- Meet and Greet with a fresh half-pint of Pils 6:30pm - First Course Served promptly Course 1 - Texan Caprese paired with Wheez the Juice (Hazy Pale Ale) Grilled tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pesto and bacon on top of garlic bread then drizzled with Balsamic glaze. Course 2 - Pretzel Jalapeno Poppers paired with Schwarzbier (Dark Lager) Jalapeno infused Pretzel bites filled with cream cheese and served with a Schwarzbier cheese dip. Course 3 - Cilantro Chowder paired with Cerveza (Mexican Lager) Creamy cilantro soup made made with white wine and loads of garlic! Served cold with steamed corn, cheese and topped with housemade croutons. Course 4 - Roasted Chicken with apple Bourbon glaze paired with Helles Bock (German style Amber Lager) Plump, slow-roasted chicken thighs smothered with a rich apple Bourbon glaze Dessert - Creme Brûlée paired with Super Smoothie: Strawberry Blueberry, Marshmallow (Fruited Imperial Sour) Served with a specially made beer reduction featuring our Super Smoothie: Strawberry, Blueberry, Marshmallow and topped with fresh blueberries. 8:30pm - Dinner concludes - Guests are welcome and encouraged to mingle and grab another brew! Must be 21 or over to purchase tickets. Seats are extremely limited. Stop in the brewery to purchase tickets to save on Eventbrite Fees. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable.
