A Community Block Party for Salisbury, NC and Rowan County hosted by FEC Cares (Fresh Encounter Church Outreach) Come out for an afternoon of fun at Kelsey Scott Park for our community block party. This event is family friendly and completely free. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. There will be GamesMusicFood...and most importantly Fun!We will also be giving away school supplies for the upcoming school year for elementary, middle and high school students.
