Scrub A Dub Dub will pay top dollar for experienced and motivated home cleaning associates. We are an elite company who has never advertised. Scrub A Dub Dub cleans only high-end homes that have been referred to us by our existing client base. We are currently looking to add another team of professional associates to come in and work in these beautiful temperature controlled home environments along side the company owner and her awesome team. You will get paid for hours worked not homes cleaned and will never be put on an island and asked to work alone. No BURN OUT! Generally there will be anywhere from 3 to 5 associates on every job. Work week consists of, on average Monday-Friday, from roughly 8:30 am to 3pm. No nights, weekends or holidays! Payday is the 15th and the last day of the month. We PROVIDE: • Ride to and from Job in company vehicles (if you choose) • Full time hours (averaging 30-40 hours per week) • Part time hours also available • Your next day schedule and instructions texted to you the night before. (No taking up your valuable home time with phone calls) • Drive time pay between jobs • Competitive wages and bonuses • Team Structure (Boss and staff work together as a team creating a "Family" environment.) • Team Leader and Closer advancement opportunities • Team bonding (Pizza parties, social gatherings etc.) Job consists of: • Dusting, sweeping vacuuming and scrubbing of kitchens bathrooms, living rooms dining rooms, bedrooms etc. • Use of cleaning equipment provided by company • Use of only non-toxic cleaning substances such as water, biodegradable soap and cleansers.
