POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of residential and commercial pools and spas. The incumbent will service a prescribed route and keep clients informed of recommended modifications while providing exceptional customer service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean pools per company procedures and standards, including but not limited to the technician’s prescribed route, one-time cleans, vacation service and coverage for other technicians as assigned.
Communicate concerns or recommended repairs to customers and field supervisor.
Report issues and/or concerns to field supervisor for resolution or further action.
Complete all customer paperwork and weekly timesheet.
Provide coverage for other pool maintenance technicians as needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
Operate a company vehicle.
