He guides us through a succession of arduous tales from his life dealing with race, gender, family, mental health, addiction, homelessness, sex, and love - all the while clinging to the beauty of humanity, the blistering yet blissful nature of survival, and the willingness to thrive despite the odds. About the Author: Xavier Brian Amore is a black trans-masculine artist and holistic educator. His art focuses on the mental liberation of all beings, especially those with melanated and queer intersections. Residing in his hometown of Los Angeles, he also enjoys teaching & practicing yoga, intense conversations about the inner workings of the universe, and confronting his aggressive lactose intolerance with plant-based nutrition.
