Mimosa Yoga is exactly what it sounds like! Join Good Company Yoga as the instructor guides you through the same practice of breathing and postures, except combined with a mimosa in your hand throughout class. A refreshing balance of fun, relaxation, and a hint of coordination. $5 mimosas available for all yoga participants. Bartender available throughout the yoga class. Pre-registration is required.
