The Bay Area Crisis Nursery's 40th Birthday will feature live music, small bites, beverages, a raffle, Nursery tours, and a lot of 80s fun! The Bay Area Crisis Nursery (BACN) is turning 40! Join us for a free event celebrating the only crisis nursery in the Bay Area on Sunday, August 1 from 3 - 5:30. BACN's 40th is a time to honor and celebrate the Nursery. BACN's mission is to prevent child abuse and neglect by providing supportive services to families. They offer free emergency childcare, overnight residential stays, respite breaks, case management, and basic necessities to local families. The Nursery is there for anyone in need thanks to our community of supporters. The event will be located outside between the Nursery and admin building. To keep everyone safe, we are limiting capacity to 100 individuals and ask that all adults attending are fully vaccinated.
