Small, 26 year old family & veteran owned and operated blind and upholstery cleaning business. The job starts at $15 and a raise to $16 within 30-60 days. WE WILL TRAIN on the job and we pay every Friday. We need you to show up on time M-F mornings about 7-7:30 am at the lot where we keep our truck stored, you would then drive to a clients home or business, we go all over the valley. You'll clean blinds, draperies, upholstered furniture, wash windows & window screens, install window treatments, learn to perform some minor blind repairs & adjustments. We also clean light fixtures & chandeliers and offer electrostatic disinfection & sanitization application. The job hours and times and days vary, you may work 25 hours one week and 40 the next but we always have work. We may have work 5 days a week or you may get a random Wednesday or Monday or Thursday off, it all depends on what we've got booked. A job may take 8 hours or 4 hours, it changes all the time so you're not stuck doing the exact same thing day in and day out. We're flexible if you need a certain day off, just let us know in advance. If you only need part-time work, we can accommodate that; note that we do expect our technicians to stay on a job until it's done, adhering to the schedule we promised the client. We'll give you a schedule every Thursday or Friday so you know what's on the agenda for the next week. We will do our best to communicate and we want you to do the same. THE JOB REQUIRES: GOOD DRIVING RECORD & VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (Our box truck doesn't require any special endorsements to drive) YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE PHYSICAL DUTIES OF THE WOK WHICH INCLUDE CLIMBING ON LADDERS & SCAFFOLDING, REACHING, LIFTING, BENDING, STANDING & OFTEN WORKING OUTDOORS YOU MUST NOT SMOKE AND WE NEED YOU TO HAVE A CLEAN APPEARANCE, YOU'LL BE A REPRESENTATIVE OF OUR CLEANING BUSINESS ~we provide work shirts MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE NEED YOU TO BE AN EXCELLENT LISTENER, FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, AND BE COURTEOUS, HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY Please email [email protected] for more info and please let us know when you want to start...we are hiring immediately.
