Building Tour of the new Grand Bohemian Hotel located in the heart of Falls Park in Downtown Greenville. Eligible for 1.25 LU|HSWs. The Grand Bohemian Hotel will sit at one end of the iconic Liberty Bridge nestled in the heart of Falls Park and Downtown Greenville. The new 187-room hotel will be an escape in Falls Park for both locals and visitors as they navigate the City and park. The hotel will have 30 suites with balconies overlooking the park, a signature spa, and a well curated art collection throughout the hotel. It will also be home to many indoor and outdoor event spaces, such as the restaurant and the lower-level bar that will be the perfect overlook to Falls Park. The building tour will give the local design community insight on how the project was designed and constructed in conjunction with a very prominent, active, yet delicate site. It will also provide opportunities to see how the project was designed and thought of as a bookend at one of the most vital elements in Greenville, the Liberty Bridge.
