Looking to 1-3 people to help with remodeling & general maintenance in the Bel Air Mobile Home Park. Work can start ASAP! Can work part time or full time. The ideal candidate is willing to work 30-40 hours per week. Starting at $20/hr - will pay more based on experience. You can begin work ASAP. Candidates must have: -Reliable transportation -Be neat and professional -Owning power tools is a plus! Work Tasks Include: -Power-washing -Interior and exterior painting -Cutting Grass -Replacing vinyl flooring -Replacing sub-flooring -Demolition of old home interiors -Replacing light fixtures -Replacing Doors & Windows -Replacing wall panelling -Minor carpentry work Competitive pay. Pay can be increased with experience & bonus may be paid for exceptional work!
