A combination of breath work, meditation, restorative poses, raw vibrational sound, and aromatherapy. Sound Journey is a meditative acoustic sound 'concert' that invokes a state of deep relaxation, activating the body's own natural system of self-healing. No doing...all receiving in a safe and healthy format allowing for social distancing. A source of comfort, an opportunity to unwind, ground, rest and be. Elements of stillness, invite balance and an opportunity to replenish our restless nervous system. As the world stands still, it's easier than ever to hear. All you have to do is listen.
