Del Bac is distilled using tradition Scottish distilling methods on ingredients sourced from the Sonoran Desert such as the mesquite that is used in place of peat. Del Bac has mastered every step in the distillation process from malting to bottling, and the care put into each step really produces some truly stellar juice. On Wednesday July 28th we will delve into their core three expressions as well as taste their brand new Summer 2021 Distillers Cut.
