Handyman / Labor needed for Apartment maintenance

I am looking for a handyman to help with general maintenance of my apartment buildings here in Napa. $20-25 / hr Part time I do have a lot of work right now Also need a general labor guy for landscaping and cleaning etc $18/hr Work only M-F 8 am to 5 pm.
