Job Description Need an energetic, dedicated working supervisor to train, supervise and work along side persons with disabilities at various landscape sites. Requirements of the Position: • Minimum 2 Years of landscaping experience • Supervisory experience • Strong communication skills • Excellent DMV Record • Must be able to pass a criminal history clearance, physical, drug screen, and TB Test • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Job Duties Include: • Supervise and train individuals on crews • Maintain effective quality assurance program • Administer and implement safety program and practices Benefits Include: • Medical and Dental for employee 1st of month after 30 days of employment • 13 Paid Time Off Days accrued per year • 10 Paid Holiday Per Year • 401K Plan after 3 months Please submit resume Job Type: Full-time Sign On Bonus: $250 upon start of Employment $250 six months later $500 after one year of employment Job Type: Full-time
