Compensation: The pay rate starts at $20.00 an hour, with occasional bonus incentives to qualified delivery drivers. $20.00 x 8 hours= $160 + $30.00 x 2 (Daily OT) = $220 Daily Step Van qualified Delivery Drivers earn an extra $1/hr. Overtime after the 8th hour per day (10 hr delivery routes) and on the 5th and 6th days. Paid Training, We Will Train You! No previous Delivery Driver Experience Required. Team environment: a fun, friendly, fast-paced, and supportive company culture. What You’ll Do: As a Delivery Driver, you will load and unload packages in our company van that can weigh up to 50 lbs. You’ll drive our company vehicle, delivering approximately 200-300+ packages a day to small residential/business areas in a safe and timely manner. Expect to get in and out of the van 25-30 times an hour. Deliver hundreds of smiles to customers every day! What You’ll Need: Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid Driver's license Must be able to move boxes up to 50-75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Clean driving record. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. Shifts: 10hr Shift 2 Hours of OverTime Daily Start at 4 days (1 weekend day Availability Required) 5 and 6 days are possible for motivated and qualified individuals.
