Description

Guided breathing, meditation, and earthing in a backyard setting. Connecting with the earth has many benefits, including de-stressing, pain management, immune support, mood enhancement, and more. Join Meditation Guide, Helen Stickney, as she leads us in a practice of earthing and relaxing by connecting with the ground beneath us. Helen will guide us in a meditation that focuses on visualizing ourselves as connected to the earth and in moving energy with our breath. There will be time for questions and discussion before and after the meditation. This is an outdoor event. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and anything else that will help you to be comfortable lying on the ground (if you prefer to bring a chair, you are also welcome).
