The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in all areas relating to receiving, unloading, shipping, picking, packing, and fulfilling operations. As part of our customer service effort this role may be required (with assistance/training) to assemble and install "add on" accessories, for example sensors, emergency batteries, cords, plugs, etc. as part of their responsibilities. Key accountabilities are accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on safety, timely shipments, accuracy, product protection, and customer service. Major room for further growth in a quickly growing company. The Warehouse Associate will be required to arrange parcel and LTL pick-up and transport services between our suppliers and our customers across the country. Will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting, pushing, climbing, and handling various products and materials. To promote excellent customer service and attention to customer needs as well as internal efficiencies, this person must work in conjunction with other associates within the company to help streamline processes and improve accuracy across the company. Must be able to deal professionally, effectively, and efficiently with problems and issues. Gaining general knowledge of Warehouse-Lighting products and processes is important in this position. Must be able to communicate well with fellow employees, logistic vendors and suppliers to assure a smooth workflow and clear line of communication to optimize customer service and communication.
