Our 15+ year old Lake Country pop culture company continues to grow, and our team needs to grow with it. We are seeking Warehouse Associates to perform shipping, receiving, packing, picking and storing product duties. Full and Part Time positions available with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities and Duties • Accurately pulls orders from stock based upon picking tickets and First In First Out (FIFO) • Picks, packs and ships all orders • Prepares orders for shipment within stated company time standards • Packs orders in correct and efficient manner. Utilize proper packing methods to maximize carton space and packing material usage to prevent damage or breakage • Receives inbound shipments • Verifies accuracy of shipments received into computer system and stores product in proper location/supply area • Resolves any problems from differences between paperwork and actual stock with appropriate department. Separates nonconforming products. • Identifies damaged material and immediately informs the manager • Performs cycle counting as requested and assists in annual inventory when necessary • Maintains a clean and safe work environment • Special project work and other duties as directed and assigned by manager Qualifications and Skills • Reliable transportation • 18 years of age or work permit • Ability to use pallet jack, shrink wrap, tape gun, utility knife, basic hand tools, etc. • Ability to read numerical SKU's, UPC Codes, Product Labels and Descriptions, etc. • Ability to work independently and/or with a team • Hardworking and honest, positive attitude and punctual • Ability to gain knowledge regarding warehouse operations • Ability to be flexible in daily work assignment • Ability to gain knowledge regarding products • Communication skills in order to facilitate expeditious movement of material to customers • Organizational skills in order to attain high customer service levels and accuracy skills to process orders correctly • Basic computer skills and math aptitude • Able to lift up to 75 pounds • Previous shipping/receiving experience a plus
