Full and Part Time positions available for large apartment complex in the Waukesha area. Full time positions include full benefits. Custodian/Maintenance Position Duties include: vacancy preparation, common are repairs, occupied repairs, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, some out door landscaping and snow removal. Must a valid drives license and be able be on call on a rotating basis. Janitorial Duties include: Vacuuming dusting, floor washing, carpet shampooing, cleaning vacancies, garbage/recycling, some outdoor landscaping and snow removal
