WESTBURY, NY — A man was injured in a hit-and-run in Westbury earlier this month, and police are seeking the public's help to try to find the driver. According to police, a 31-year-old man was riding an electric scooter near the intersection of Cambridge Avenue and Franklin Street at 10:50 p.m. on July 5 when he was hit by an unknown vehicle. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, and police believe they went west on Franklin Avenue. The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and is currently in stable condition.
