Join me this Friday for a 45 minute strength and conditioning workout. Half of the class will focus on muscle and half on endurance.
Welcome to Revival Bootcamp's Full Body Flex!
Please read below before attending your first class.
Make sure to bring a small towel, yoga mat, water bottle, dumbbells and a mini band. Get there a few minutes early as we will start class right on time. Class will last anywhere between about 40-60 minutes.
Make sure to read and review our COVID policies and guidelines as well as sign our waiver before registering for camp.

ALL sales are FINAL! If class is cancelled at the designated location due to weather related issues, you will recieve your money back or a credit for the next class and that is the only time we will refund a payment.
Please make sure you come to class on time.
Please no phone calls during class. If you have to take a call please walk over to the parking lot to take it.
Masks are optional.
Let the coach know AHEAD of time if you have any injuries or restrictions so that we can best accommodate you.
Please refrain from doing your own exercises. This can confuse other members and distract the coach. If you 're uncomfortable with an exercise that I assign then ask me for another option.
