This workshop is a way for you to honor your ancestors or loved ones by creating a picture frame using flowers grown at Griffin Gardens. "Flowers for Mama" is a workshop that will give you a wonderful opportunity to design your very own special flower frame . Whether it be honoring an ancestor that has passed on or simply retouching a loved ones photo, this workshop will allow you to use your own creativity in order to style a frame using all of the beautiful flowers grown at the neighborhood garden, Griffin Gardens. Bring a photo that will fit inside of an 8 x 10 frame, blanket and pillows (optional) if you choose to work on the grass versus the tables. All other materials will be provided. Feel free to dress up in your best flower garden attire as there will be a flower styled photo setup available for you. Wine, tea, and light refreshments will be served.
