Bug spray provided.) - 2 two hour blocks, 12-2 and 2-4 - crispy chewy homegrown korean zucchini pancakes, 3 kinds of homemade kimchi, beef & garlic chive dumplings, homegrown kaenip jangaji - MIMOSAS - vaccination required for all guests. Chef Josh Haynes is a native of Birmingham, AL, and in addition to working in some of the best restaurants in Birmingham spent a year studying in Bangkok, Thailand, surrounded by traditional cuisine. In particular, he is inspired by the remnants of Royal cuisine that linger in Bangkok, and the old-fashioned regional dishes of the Kingdom.
