Paratech Trench University is a 2-day hands-on operational level event containing current trench rescue shoring principles and practices. Instructor: Ron (Z) Zawlocki and his team from MUSAR TF Duration: 10 Hours Daily Details: Paratech Trench University is a 2-day hands-on operational level event containing current trench rescue shoring principles and practices. Each day will start with registration and introductions, followed by a brief MS PowerPoint Overview/Lecture in the classroom, Paratech Tool Lab and hands-on training stations including: Void Management Options, Shoring a Trench "End Wall" and Intersecting Trench. Students will be placed into squads and will receive instruction on trench rescue shoring best practices, strategies, and tactics. Beginning Day One and continuing through Day Two each squad will rotate through the Learning Stations. Paratech Trench University students will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the MUSAR Training Foundation for the 20 hours of training.
