**INTERVIEWS TUESDAY, REPLY TO THIS LET ME KNOW INFO ABOUT YOURSELF Need to hire handyman (on payroll not self employed) to work on tenant occupied properties. We complete drywall repairs, match texture, paint, fix sink leaks, replace trim, hang doors, screen, also landscape task, trimming low branches, pressure washing, and any other maintenance issues that arise. **THESE ARE NORMALLY ALL MINOR REPAIRS*. JOBS NORMALLY TAKE 1-3 HOURS, DO SMALL REPAIR, THEN DRIVE TO THE NEXT JOB, A LOT OF DRIVE TIME BETWEEN JOBS, NORMALLY 1/2 OF THE DAY IS DRIVING BETWEEN JOBS Pay is $125 a day, Must have own basic tools, drill, etc, Based out of Mooresville, Once you are trained you will be assigned your own work van and have to go out and complete job task, Most of the work is in Charlotte, and some in Greensboro. Sometimes a lot of drive time between jobs. Must be very friendly, clean cut, and able to complete job quickly to move onto the next job. Clean driver license, drug free and not be on probation. Be able to work by yourself and problem solve, get job completed Shop is based out of Mooresville, 28115, looking for someone that lives close by. Looking to hire asap. Paid every Friday, on payroll.
