Please help with my sinkhole and Ac

Hi my name is Samara and i recently mortgage a home a couple of months ago. On Friday, there was a flash flood and storm in Columbia. As a result my backyard floor caved in with my Ac. Homeowners insurance told me that it will not be covered because the home didn't catch on fire or theft. Although the home was in heavy smoke because of the Ac. Homesite home insurance still say its not covered. I got one quote for 3,000 just to fill in the hole. I have an Ac guy that quoted me for $400 to fix and moved the AC. So, as you can see any thing counts...Please reply to post and i will send you the link for my fundraiser.
