Hoboken Zoning Office Closes In Person For 2 Weeks

HOBOKEN, NJ — Beginning Monday, the Zoning Office in Hoboken City Hall is closed for emergency construction. Work is expected to take approximately two weeks and is anticipated to reopen on or about Aug. 3, the city said. All applications and supporting documents can continue to be submitted and received by the City via the on-line portal at: https://hoboken.seamlessdocs.com/f/zoning_application or by going to the city's web site, www.hobokennj.gov. Click the 'FORMS' tab across the top, go to 'Zoning Application' in the alphabetical list. Applications for Sidewalk Cafes, Parklets and StrEATERIES can also be found under 'FORM' on the city's website. For inspection, call the office and leave a message. Messages will be checked daily and someone will contact you to schedule an appointment. All other calls will be returned when the office re-opens. For general zoning questions, the Zoning Code and maps are available on line at www.hobokennj.gov and https://ecode360.com/15237147.
