HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ — A Hasbrouck Heights man is accused of flashing people in town twice last week, according to local police. Todd Wagner, 56, was arrested and charged with lewdness. A woman had reported to police that a man had exposed himself to her and two young children in the area of Boulevard and Franklin Avenue shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday. Police searched the area but did not find a suspect, according to police Capt. Joseph Rinke. The next day, another report came in from about a block away from the original incident. Officers Michael DeSimone, James Ciccarelli and John Cambridge found and arrested Wagner, Rinke said. He was taken to the Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus after he became ill in his cell and is to appear before the Municipal Court.
