Officers Make Arrest Related To Fatal Vehicle Collision In Sacramento

Press release from Sacramento Police Department: July 16, 2021 On July 15, Sacramento Police Department officers arrested 29-year-old Ricardo Beltram in relation to a fatal vehicle collision that occurred on July 10 in the area of Northgate Blvd and Arden-Garden. Two victims were killed in the collision and a third victim sustained serious injuries. Detectives from the Sacramento Police Department Major Collision Investigation Unit investigated the collision and obtained an arrest warrant for Beltram based on the investigation. Beltram was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail for felony charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
