Concrete floor cut

I am a General Contractor. I have a room that needs the concrete slab cut. The cut will be 3'x5'. It is 6" thick. I need this cut into pieces to carry. I am wanting a Concrete saw with hydraulic. ( No regular demo saw. ) I need to keep the dust down. I will haul this debris away. It is on the the first floor. Easy access. I will have all floor covering in place.
