Medical and Recreational grow located in Denver seeking full-time subcontractor for entry level trimmer/harvester position. We are a passionate, small, tight knit team focusing on producing as much high quality, healthy, and clean cannabis as we possibly can. We have fun and work hard everyday, and want an additional team member that will do the same. Between our two facilities we maintain roughly 4000 plants in an increasingly automated environment and are always trying to set the bar higher and looking for any and every way to improve. Job requirements: • Ability to lift 30+ lbs. • Ability to be on feet all day in humid 80+ degree temperatures • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Willingness to learn + listen • Timeliness • Reliable transportation • Current MED badge • Teamwork - Bring good vibes, new ideas, and hard work to the table as much as possible. Tasks performed will include but are not limited to: • Trim at minimum 126g per hour • Pinching/topping • Defanning/skirting • "Flipping" rooms • Harvesting • Weighing plants and recording harvest sheets • Cleaning + general facility maintenance There will be a two-week (10 business days) paid trial period. During this time, an employee may legally be dismissed without reason. Resume and picture of current MED badge should be included with all inquiries.
