We are seeking an individual for a full time Janitorial Position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This individual must be dependable, self-motivated and responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the community’s common areas. This includes vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, emptying trash, etc. Candidate must be professional, have effective written and oral communication skills, work independently and able to meet deadlines. Must also be detail oriented.
Education or Formal Training:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Working Environment:
Most work will occur indoors, however, occasional tasks around property may be necessary.
Physical Activities:
Standing. Walking. Climbing stairs. Carrying light to moderate weight items. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
