Brighthouse has been contracted to participate in this summer's apartment 'turn' at Aspen Heights Apartments, near MTSU campus. We will be cleaning up to 550 bedrooms and apartment homes. The 'turn' will take place from Monday, August 3rd - Thursday, August 13th. You do not have to be currently employed/contracted by Brighthouse to participate. If you are currently employed/contracted by Brighthouse, you may participate on any days off or on call days not used. Scope of Work Equipment and supplies will be provided. Training for this job will be provided. Complete cleaning of college apartments; including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, kitchen appliances, dining room, stairs, laundry room, living area. This is an extremely detailed cleaning - training and specifics will be provided upon completion of this application. Compensation $18/hr You will be placed in a team or 3 of 4. Your pay will be issued on a debit pay card. Shifts worked 8/3 - 8/6 will pay on 8/13. Shifts worked 8/07 - 8/10 will pay on 8/20. Hours/Schedule Tuesday 8/3 - Tuesday 8/10 After you complete this application, you will be emailed a signup form. You will select which shift(s) you want to work for each day between 8/3 - 8/13. 1/2 Day Shift 7:30am - 12:30pm Full Day Shift 7:30am - 5:00pm Requirements Reliable transportation to and from Murfreesboro is a must. You must sign in at the beginning of your shift - on time. If you are late you will not be assigned to a team. Must pay attention to details. Your team will not be compensated until you pass an inspection for each apartment completed. Must be able to work well within a team. This will be a no-drama zone. You will be paired with different team members on different days. If you currently work for Brighthouse, your normal schedule will be priority. On days you are not working your normal schedule, you can then participate in this apartment cleaning. Next Steps Once you complete this application, we will send you a welcome email including a link to sign up for specific shifts. You'll be eligible to select as many shifts as you'd like, as long as it does not conflict with other scheduled Brighthouse shifts. You will also need to complete a contract, fill out an I-9 and W-4 online. You will be notified through your current Bamboo login when the contract is ready for signing.
