UPDATED, 2:35 p.m.: Pittsburgh public safety officials report that the suspect has been taken into custody without incident. PITTSBURGH, PA — A man has barricaded himself inside a home in Mt. Washington and a SWAT team is on the scene, Pittsburgh Public Safety officials announced. The incident is occurring on the 400 block of Edith Street. Police are asking people to avoid the area.
