I'm looking for an experienced caterer to help prepare and serve appetizers at a small private event on Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 5:30pm - 11:30pm. Pay is $150. Experienced servers only. This person will... • Be fully Covid vaccinated and follow proper food safety protocol • Follow direction from catering company to reheat and serve food • Layout food in an aesthetically pleasing way, make sure proper serving ware is included with each dish • Communicate efficiently and be hospitable with guests • Continuously replenish the food and pick up discarded food and trash throughout event • Manage food breakdown and storage after the event • Ensure serving area and kitchen are clean and spotless after event
