Over 12 weeks, Julie and her fellow candidates progressed through coursework to help them achieve the next level of success in their careers. Created by Joe Stacy, in consultation with industry growth and motivational speaker, Matthew Ferrara, the program emphasizes actions and habits agents can implement immediately that will sow the seeds of success in the months ahead and beyond as they become routine. In addition to meeting once a week, candidates were paired with accountability partners to help them stay on track. Much of the coursework was based on Stacy’s own experiences as a successful agent, but can be easily tailored to fit each individual agent’s personal style and goals.
