Smoke/drug free, heterosexual, BMI under 37 between ages 23-35 with health insurance (not medi-cal) financially stable. Willing to accept what we can offer 25-30k compensation. We are looking to build a relationship with someone not just a business transaction. A woman whose desire to help a family is from the heart and not about the compensation.
