Those who are grieving are in charge of their recovery – and no one else.Recovery from grief and to LIVE FORWARD with pain is a DECISION one makes, not necessarily an emotion one has (I can be in a healthy recovery even though I might not feel good or hopeful).Living Forward with my pain from loss is infinitely better and healthier than simply existing forward. 5 Points for Forgiveness Forgiveness is a DECISION – not an EMOTION – though it can be very emotional.Forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation.Forgiveness does not give a person a get-out-of-jail–free card.Forgiveness does not excuse the wrong done.Forgiveness means to ‘let go’ and sets ME free.
