Press release from the City of Long Beach: 7/19/2021 Long Beach Public Library (LBPL) Libby OverDrive Experts from OverDrive will be available live to virtually assist patrons with getting the most out of Libby's free collection of eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines offered by LBPL. People may register online to attend the free webinar session. register "Our ebook library is available 24/7 through the Libby app. The collection includes thousands of books and magazines in English and Spanish, for adults, teens, and children," said Long Beach Public Library Director Glenda Williams. "We are happy to be able to offer this workshop to our patrons." While not required to attend the workshop, a library card is recommended to get the most out of this learning opportunity and is required to check-out LBPL's offerings in Libby.
